Richard Griesinger, Attorney for John Holsapple, stated they would go before the Trustees
at the advice of the Committee members here. However, it would be under protest in view
of the Krysko VB. City of Clearwater.
Chairman introduced material to the Committee for the request of Robert Noonan for job
connected disability pension. This material included two doctors' letters which need
to be reviewed and discussed with the doctors, plus a ~equest for pension from
Mr. Noonan. Also there are three folders of other medical records in the nurse's office
which are to be reviewed before a decision can be made on Mr. Noonan's case.
Jay Love moved that this matter be tabled until the next meeting and that Mr. Noonan
be asked to be present. Charles Dunn amended the motion saying someone should contact
Mr. Noonan and tell him that it would take some time to review this material and a
decision cannot be reached immediately. Motion as amended was seconded by Charles Dunn.
Chairman Zukowski stated he had a request for retirement pension for Rudolph Becker.
Building & Maintenance Division. He has been with the City over twenty years and is
over 55 years of age. This is a regular pension, ,non job-connected disability.
Claude Zukowski moved that Rudy Becker's request for pension be approved. Seconded by
Jay Love and motion carried unanimously.
Chairman Zukowski advised the Committee that some time ago they approved Peter Verhoeven
Firefighter, for pension. His name was inadvertently not sent to the Trustees and
Chairman Zukowski asked that it be placed in front of the Trustees at the earliest
possible time due to this mistake.
Next meeting is scheduled for March 20th.
Jay Love moved the
be adjourned. Seconded by Charles Dunn and motion carried.
