He moved the Minutes of December 19, 1984 and January 2, 1985 be approved with correction. Anthony Wilhelmi, CWA Representative did not attend the January 2nd meeting as shown in the minutes. Seconded by Charles Dunn and motion carried. Charles Dunn discussed feelings of empJ.oyees with disabilities. They are scared to 'process thei1: claim - they are made to feel that the City "is out to get me." One employee asked for a copy of a doctor's report'and was refused - he had to go to St. Petersburg to get a copy from the doctor., Pension booklet is not specific - does not list rights 'of City and employees. Charles Dunn, asked 'why employees have to wait 30-90 days to get their first pension check (when on extended sick leave). He feels something should'be done to speed up this process~ Carole Greiner. Payroll Services. stated it usually took 30 - 45 days. ',Mr.' ,Dunn ask~d if the employees could not be approved by the Connnission (subject to no change~ ,b~fore their ex~ended sick leave expired. Jay Love" asked Personnel Director to find out status of Monty Krysko Case stands in legal proceedings. where it Mr. Dunn moved that Mr. Laursen form a committee consisting of administration, PAC member,,' Union officers. and. non-Union employees to 'work together to review the pension plan' and' come to a conclusive end of having a good pension plan which will affect ',everybody~ Seconded by Jay Love and motion carried. . -.
