Secretary Laursen suggested that each individual member develop questions they hav~ relative to these and other cqncerna 80 that the questions can be capsu1ized and submitted to the City Attorney for legal opinions. It is anti- cipated by the Committee that all disability pensioners will be required to undergo an annual physical as prescribed by the Committee. Committee discussed the process to be utilized in the future relative to employees making application for disability pension. They will be required to submit letters from two doctors relating their disability. The Committee will 81so review pertinent medical documentation available in the employee's Worker's Compensation file and may request that ,the employee be referred to another doctor (selected through alternatives available ~s prescribed by the Committee and/or City Doctor) ift in their minds, the medical in- formation is conflicting or ambiguous. l' , .
