Betty Ward moved the Minutes of meeting of February II, 1982 be approved.

Betty Ward moved that the following employees be denied pension based upon
recommendation of City physician. Seconded by Ray Kaminskas and motion carried.

. Committee discussed retirement of Allen B'arber. It was their opinion that the date
of June 8, 1980 should be accepted as his retirement date.
Carole ,Greinert Finance Department, brought up the fact that Mr. John LindseYt
formerly of Building & Maintenance Division, has not yet taken his pension check
due to his concern that he might be better off financially to remain on Workers.
Compensation and take a lump sum payment of pension. Committee felt this was a
"per,sonal issue for Mr.' Lindsey and outside the scope of th~ir responsibility.
. Next meeting is scheduled for April It 1982 at 9:30 A.M.
