Prcsentt Ray Kamlnskas, Chairman Betty Ward, Member John Szuba, Member Joyce Bayerle, City Nurse Carole Greiner, Finance Department / Chairman Kaminskas called meeting to order. Betty Ward moved the minutes be approved. Seconded by John Szuba and motion carried. John Szuba moved that William McClamma, Major, Police Department, be approved for retirement pension, the effective date to be determined in accordance with the computations made by the Personnel Departrneot. Seconded by Betty Ward and motion carried. (Date December la, 1981) John Szuba moved that Curtean Whitter, Clerk Typist II, Police Departrnentt be approved for oon-job connected disability pension. Seconded by Betty Ward and motion carried. John Szuba moved that the Pension Advisory Committee approve on-the-job disability pension for Kenneth Sheren. Effective date of pension is to be determined by City Attorney. Seconded by Betty Ward and motion carried. Secretary Laursen is to write . memo to City Attorney asking for date of retirement. John Szuba advised Co~ttee Members that he is resigning from the City and will be moving out of State. John Szuba moved that a committee of five be chosen to elect new member on Pension Advisory Committee to fill vacancy left by John Szuba's resignation. The base of the committee will be three union representatives and two additional City employees. Chairman will take care of this matter. ',City Clerk asked that Dorothy Silianoff, Clerk Typist II, City Clerk Department, be placed on the City Commission Agenda again as the Commission did not approve or disapprove her acceptance into the Pension Plan and it should be brought before the Commission again.
