Chairman Ward called meeting to order at 9:35 A.M.
Detective Kaminslt8s moved the minutes of the meeting of March 6th be approved.
Seconded by Mr. Szuba and motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Szuba moved that Ed Blanton, Building Director, be retired, the effective date to
be determined according to the computations made by' Personnel Department. Seconded
by Detective Kaminskas. Motion carried unanimously.
Detective Kaminskas moved that pending O.K. from the Legal Department that there are
no complications or problems, Captain Daniel Davis, Fire Department, be approved for
pension. Seconded by Ms. Ward and motion carried unanimously. ,Committee asked that
Secretary write memo to Legal Department and also advise employee.

Chairman Ward advised committee that a letter was written to Dick Payne advising him
he was not eligible for increase to 2%% of his pension based on legal opinion received
from City Attorney and on which the Pension Advisory Committee concurred.
Detective Kaminskas moved that the Pension Trustees accept the following employees who
are under 45 years of age and have passed a comprehensive physical examination into
the Pension Plan. Seconded by Mr. Szuba and motion carried unanimously.

tion of the Doctor. - Seconded by Mr. ~zuba and,motion carried.

Detective Kaminskas moved that the correspondence concerning Dennis Labuda be tabled
for next meeting until an official letter is received from Mr. Labuda. Seconded by ,

and motion carried unanimously.
