Present~ Betty Ward, Chairman Ray Kaminskas, Member Joyce Bayerlc, City Nurse Jane Craig, Secretary to Personnel Director Detective Kaminskas moved the Minutes of the meeting of October 4, 1978 be accepted. Seconded by Detty Ward. Motion carried. Committee discussed disability pension of Richard Thornton. It was decided that Chairman Ward would write letter to City Commission asking that his on the job injury disability pension be approved as of the date his workman's compensation 1s terminated. Committee will leave it to the Commission's discretion as to the percentage he will receive for disability pension (50% or 75%). Committee received letter from Jackie Sulek stating she wishes to re-enter the Pension Plan effective the day she returned to work after withdrawal of her resignation. , ' Committee recommended that Hugh Ingram pay back ~11 of his pension contribution withdrawn at the time of his resignation so that he can re~enter the Pension Plan~ Detective Kaminskas moved that the Pension Trustees accept the following employees' ,who are under 45 years of age and have passed a comprehensive physical examination -into the Pension Plan: , ,Employee .
