City Nurse Mike Laursen, Personnel Director Absent: Betty Ward, Chairman Meeting commenced at 9:15 A.M. in the Office of the Personnel Director. , , '.' Members discussed letter of 2-15-78 from D. L. ~end~n8ki in which consideration was requested towards giving Patrolman Mahony the full 100'1. return of his pension contribution. Chairman will write to Miss Jendrynski advising that PAC has no authority in this regard. ' ,Pension Advisory Committee reviewed inquiry from Mr. Henderson, Meter Reader. relative ,to credit for an earlier period of City employment. Mr. Henderson . resigned and returned to City employment after a 13 month period. It was determined that he must be 'treated as a new employee.
