Meeting conunenced at 9:00 A.M. in the office of the Personnel Director.
Pension Advisory Committee reviewed the Retirement Computations Notices and request for
retirement under City Pension of Sara Wiggins Orcutt, Parkette; John Anthony, Foreman II,
and Ralph McLenden, Foreman II. The following data was noted and motions made and
passed.

Moved by Wes Brettel, seconded by Ray Kaminskas that the Pension Advisory Committee
approve Mr. McLendents request for pension under the City Pension Plan effective
July 18, 1978. Motion passed unanimously. .
'The Pension Advisory Committee discussed recent newspaper article relative to
Robert Heup in which it was indicated by Mr. Heup that nobody told him about the'
applicction of disability pension being 50% rather than 75% because of the current
court litigation. Chairman stated she had so advised Mr. Reup.
The~e being no further business, meeting was adjourned. Next meeting was scheduled
for December 6, 1977.
