Pension Advisory Committee reviewed the Retirement Computations Notices and request for retirement under City Pension of Sara Wiggins Orcutt, Parkette; John Anthony, Foreman II, and Ralph McLenden, Foreman II. The following data was noted and motions made and passed. 1. Sara Wiggins Orcutt, parkette P.O. Box l032 Clearwater, Florida 33517 D.O.B. 2-4-22 Employed 7-12-57 SS 11265-l4-9749 Last Day of Actual Work: 11-10-77 Retirement Effective: 4-4-78 It was moved by Wes Brettel, seconded by Ray Kaminskas that the Pension Advisory Committee approve MS. 'The Pension Advisory Committee discussed recent newspaper article relative to Robert Heup in which it was indicated by Mr. Heup that nobody told him about the' applicction of disability pension being 50% rather than 75% because of the current court litigation.
