2~ Chairman,presented a letter to the Pension Advisory Committee relative to children
of, John Passer, Police Officer (see Minutes of 6-7-77). Pension Advisory Committee
asked that the letter be, forwarded to the City Manager's office, attention
Betty Haeseker.
3.' Ray Kaminskas moved that a legal opinion be requested from the City Attorney regard-
ing the request of David Krieger to "buy back" time equivalent to period of his first
employment with the City. Seconded and motion passed.
