1. Committee discussed the situation of Charles Mason, Gas Division employee.
Ray Kaminskas said he understood Mr. Mason wanted to appear before the
Committee. Personnel Director was asked to invite Mr. Mason to the next
, Pension Advisory Committee meeting.
2. Pension Advisory Committee discussed election of Committee Members under
,the new Pension Ordinance. It was suggested that Betty Ward serve 8S
Chairman of the Nominating Committee and that the three Employee Union
Presidents (or their designees) be members of the Nominating Committee,
and that Betty Ward discuss the fifth member with Ray ~minskas and
Wesley Brettel in the near future.

3. Pension Advisory Committee recommended that the Trustees accept the
,following employees into the Pension Plan:
