Proceedings of the Pension Advisory Committee Meeting held April 14, 1977.

Pension Advisory Committee considered the' request of Firefighter Rob~~~~~up
for disability retirement. Records indicated that Mr. Heup was injured, on
duty, while removing a man from an automobile accident on September 29, 1976
and that on October 7, 1976 he had a disc removed. Mr. Heup has never
returned to work. The Pension Advisory Committee reviewed statements from
Dr. William Andrake and Dr. Howard L. Schuele recommending permanent partial
disability. The Pension Advisory Committee unanimously recommended that
Mr. Heup be retired under disability at 75%.

It was determined that Randolph Jensen hB~ been separated from the City and
no action is necessary by ,the Pension Advisory Committee. Personnel Director
advised Pension Advisory Committee that Leonard White has been absent
without leave and actio~ regarding him should be withheld.

Pension Advisory Committee recommended that the Trustees accept the following
employees into the Pension Plan.
