Proceedings of the Pension Advisory Committee Meeting held June 10) 1976.

Meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M. in the office of the Personnel Director.
The Pension Advisory Committee reviewed the physical examination forms for
those employees listed below in order to determine their recommendations to the
Pension Trustees. After review of the forms) it was their recommendation that
the following employees be accepted into the Pension Plan:
Ronald Pownall~ Police Officer
Linda Sharpe) Keypuneh/Verifier Operator
Mark Quesnel) Mechanic I
Frank Gandert) Maintenance Worker I
Andrew Morrow Dist. Serviceman I
Gary Fischbach, Rodman
Santo Casella, Senior Planner
Thomas Grow) Dist. Serviceman I

Pension'Advisory Chairman had received letter from Dr. Logue relative to knee
injury' of Thom~s Grow (see Minutes of 3-3-76). Based on this letter, the Pension
Advisory Committee recommended that Mr. Grow be accepted into the Pension Plan.
Committee instructed Director that employees who started part-time and then
became full~time should not be considered eligible until six months after going
, ,. on 'full- time.

Committee reviewed the Pension Plan copy forwarded to Betty Ward by Mr. Weimer.
Committee was receptive to the format and asked the Director to advise Mr. 'Weimer
and'request sufficient copies be printed for distribution to all employees now
under Pension and additional copies for distribution to employees as they are
, accepted-into the Plan in the future.
