Proceedings of the Pension Advisory Committee Meeting held May 14, 1976.
Present:

Meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M. in the office of the Personnel Director.
The Pension Advisory Committee reviewed the physical'examination forms for
those employees listed below in order to determine their recommendations to the
Pension Trustees. After review of the forms, it was their re~ommendation that
the following employees be accepted into the Pension Plan:
George R. Kennedy, Sanitation Worker
Jesse Johnson, Meter Reader I
Lonnie Gibson, Maintenance Worker I
Peter Kanaris, Maintenance Worker I
The Pension Advisory Committee approved disability pension for Worthy Norris,
Meter Repairman II, Purchasing Department. Date of pension April 19, 1976.
There was a discussion of who pays for pension physicals. Mr. Weimer said he
would explptn who 'had paid for physicals. Betty Ward called Jeff Butler during

the meeting. ,Jeff explained that physicals are charged to Central Services
and later cha~ged back to the user departments for payment from the General
Fund. '
There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
