Proceedings of the Pension Advisory, Committee Special Meeting held April 12,1976.
The Pension Advisory Committee met in Special Session on Monday, April 12, 1976
a~ City Hall at 11:00 A.M. to discuss two items.
The first item considered was the application of Worthy Norris, Meter
Repairman II, Utilities Department for disability pension. Motion was made,
seconded and carried that the Pension Advisory Committee recommend that the
Trustees accept the application of Worthy R. Norris for a disability pension.
The second item considered was the request of Mrs. Betty Bennett of the Utilities
Department for acceptance into the Pension Plan. Mrs. Bennett had submitted a
medical report from her physician as requested in a letter to her from the
Secret~ry of the Pension Advisory Co~ttee. The medical report related that she
'had no chronic disability which should preclude her from the Pension Plan. By
motion made, seconded and carried, the Pension Advisory Committee recommended her
acceptance into the Pension Plan.
There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
Respectfully submitted,
