Proceedings of the Pension Advisory Committee Meeting held December 4, 1975.

Meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M. in the office of the Personnel Director.
The Advisory Committee reviewed the physical examination forms for those employees
'listed below in order to determine their recommendations to the Trustees of the
Pension Plan. After Teview of the forms, it was their recommendation tllat these
employees be accepted into the Pension Plan:
Raymond Hengstler
Johnathan Johnson
Ray Brock
Raymond Ragusa
Clifton Pereira
Lynn Ahlgrim
Edgar McAffee
The City Nurse advised the Pension Advisory Committee that John Greiner was going
into the hospital for a biopsy. The Committee decided to withhold action on his
~ntry into the Pension Plan until the biop~y results are known.
The Advisory Committee asked the City Nurse to return the physical exam forms of
Betty Bennett and Calvin Mizell to the Examining Physician for his recommendation
'on'their suitability for the Pension Plan.
The Advisory Committee reviewed a request received from Robert Henry, Computer
Operator, asking for a 100% refund of his pension contributions as the City was
'abolishing his job. The Committee asked the Personnel Director to obtain a legal
opinion on this request.
There, being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
