Meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M. in the office of the Personnel Director.
The Advisory Committee reviewed the physical examination forms for those employees
listed below in order to determine their reco~nendations to the Trustees of the
Pension Plan. After review of the forms, it was their recommendation that these
employees be accepted into the Pension Plan:
John Powers
Mary Ann Johnson
Gloria J. Hughes
Billy J. Harbuck
Douglas Bunting
Josephine Bergman
James Goodloe

Chairman provided a copy of the remarks of Mr. John Meehan, Vice President of the
Boston Company of the South, as delivered at the Seventh Annual Pension Fund
Administrators' Conference held in Tampa (October 30, 1975).
Ray Kaminskas provided a copy of the Employees' Pension Fund Common Stock to
each member. ,The list provided date of purchase, number of shares, cost) per
share, name of company and total cost when purchased and also c~osi~gquotes
as of September 10, 1975.
Next Pension Advisory Committee meeting will be held on December 4, 1975 at
9:00 A.M. in the Pers.onnel Office.
There being no further ,business, meeting was adjourned.
