11/07/1975 Proceedings of the Pension Advisory Committee Meeting held November 7, 1975 Present: Betty Ward, Chatrman, Advisory Committee Ray Kaminskas, Member, Advisory Committee Wesley Brettel, II II " Joyce Bayerle, City Nurse . Mike Laursen, Personnel Director /' Meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M. in the office of the Personnel Director. The Advisory Committee reviewed the physical examination forms for those employees listed below in order to determine their reco~nendations to the Trustees of the Pension Plan. After review of the forms, it was their recommendation that these employees be accepted into the Pension Plan: John Powers Mary Ann Johnson Gloria J. Hughes Billy J. Harbuck Douglas Bunting Josephine Bergman James Goodloe J awdet I. Rubaii discussed having a meeting with Mr. James E. Shively, Consultant Company of Washington D.C. Chairman provided a copy of the remarks of Mr. John Meehan, Vice President of the Boston Company of the South, as delivered at the Seventh Annual Pension Fund Administrators' Conference held in Tampa (October 30, 1975). Ray Kaminskas provided a copy of the Employees' Pension Fund Common Stock to each member. ,The list provided date of purchase, number of shares, cost) per share, name of company and total cost when purchased and also c~osi~gquotes as of September 10, 1975.
