Proceedings of the Pendon Advisory COJTlllittae moeting hold August 14, 1914.

Meeting commenced at 10:30 A.M. in the Office of the Personnel Director.
Mrs. Bayerle advised the Committee that David Main had had a blood sugar test as
requested at a previous meeting and that Doctor Cabre's report indicated Mr. Main
would be acceptable. The Committee recommends that David Main be accepted into
the Pension Plan) eligibility date to be July 22, 1974.
Personnel Director advised the Committee members that William Vierheller had decided
not to pay back the pension monies he received when he resigned from the City and
before he subsequently ,withdrew his resignation. Accordingly, the Committee
recommended to the Trustees that William Vierheller be accepted into the Pension Plan
as of August 26, 1974, six months from the date of his re-instatement as a City
employee.
The Committee discussed the retirement of Jack Marsh, Police Officer. Betty Ward
advised she would see that proper letters were submitted by Officer Marsh.
