Dalb Chairman, Harold Wallace and R. M. Thompson, Sr. y.r tr This special meeting was called primarily for the purpose of conductil3g an oral examination for a candidate for the position of Electrician-Lineman 11. After the oral examination had been completed, the Director discussed with the members present the proposed revision of the Annual.Vacation Leave Rule. He °s informed the members that the proposed amendment had been approved by the City Commission and the City Manager and requested preliminary Board approval so that he might make it effective June 1, 1964. ?4,',,',:;•.i. Mr.. Thompson moved that the vacation policy be approved effective June 1, 1964 and ratified at the next meeting. Seconded by Mr. Wallace. Motion carried. The members suggested that since this was a special meeting, the Director poll the absent members for their votes in this connection.
