(Attachment #2) " Keith Crawford - spoke of problem with loading area at rear of shopping center; would like this to be 32' if possible; also would like this closed off to regular traffic by designating to be "loading area" or "service area" only. Keith Crawford mentioned that the Commission has been hard on ,driveways on these projects and almost insist on one entrance to each street. Construction plans for storm retention, discharge, and erosion con- trol be acceptable to the Public Works Department 4. sidewalks and bicycle lanes to be provided in a location and of a design acceptable to the Planning Department and if required on the site, this to be shown on the site plan. , 5. Motion seconded by Bob Maran. Discussion followed on whether driveway should d' or should not be included in this phase of the project. Keith Crawford questioned whether or not it is appropriate to approve a driveway off site. Paula Harvey stated it is part of the master site plan but if Traffic En- gineering wanted it included with this tract, legal description would have to be amended.
