That the dumpster enclosure area be a. mi.nimum of 12-feet wide and that the dumpster be enclosed by a visual barrier. 2., That the radius on the planter area on the Laura Street entrance be modified to meet Traffic Engineering requirements. 3. , That the requisite initial building permit be issued within six months from the date of certification and all requisite certificates of occupancy be ,issued within two yenrs from the date of issuance of the ,:inItial building permit.
