The sodded areas be identified as landscaped areas in the parking lot (b) Approval will be subject to the following conditions being noted on the plan for the. purposes of certification; 1. water line and meter size be revised as required by the Utilities Department 2. the required open space fees be paid prior to' approval and certification of the final site plan (c) Building permit to be issued within six (6) months of City Manager approval of the final site plan and that the project be completed within two (2) years from the,date of issuance of the initial building permit.
