Conference Room.

Nick Lewis - 'Requested an additional hydrant to cover building number five.
Bob Maran - Stated the previous comments submitted by the Public Works Department
still apply with the exception of number 6. Mr; Maran stated that the Public
. Works Department was very pleased with toe cooperation received by both the engineers
and the developers regarding tne relocation of building number ten.

. Mr. Maran .requested a grassed-parking island be provided to protect the root system
of the 27-inch pine tree located near the parking lot at building ten. He further
stated the run -off from the parking lot needs to be treated to meet DER requirements.

Claude Howell ,. Stated the Utilities Depn-rtmcnt has the same comments as pTcviously
discussed at the last meeting. lie discussed difficultlcs with the dumpster locutions.
Paula Harvey - Stated the Planning Department has no comments.
Ream Wilson - Stated the Parks and Recreation Department has the same comments as
expressed at the last meeting concerning the dedication fces and stated the fees
should be paid prior to City certification of the site plan.
MOTION
Paula Harvey moved to recommend approval of the Finnl Site Plan for Calibre Ridge
based upon a finding of this Committee that the plan conforms with the design guide-
lines for site plan review subject to the following:
1. That a fire hydrant be provided near building five as required by the Fire
Marshal.
2. That the final design of the storm drainage retention system be approved by
the Public Works Department.
3. That a IS-foot drainage and utility easement for the off-site drainage pipes
and a drainage easement around the lake be provided.
