The applicant responded that the purpose of the plat wus to be able to sell off .tho lots roXVor secure a building pormit for whoever buys the lots. Mr. Gooch stated that they may be sold as one tract or might be sold as D. lot and a half, etc. Mr. Wilson questioned the acreage of the property. Mr. Gooch responded that the project involved just over an acre. Mr. Penfold stated the City of Clearwater approached him yeors ago for permission to run water ond sower lines through his property and he gave the City an casement to put Q lift station on his property. He stated he worked with the City and did not receive any remuneration. Mr. Penfold only thinks it is fair for the City to work with him on this project. He stated that no one at the County informed him of the need to conform to City of Clearwater requirements. Mr. Maran stated he was hnaware of the casements given to the City and ~ug- gested that the applicant moet with he, the Public Works Director, and the Sanitary Sewer Engineer Terry Jennings. Chairman J1aeseker commented that the project needs to conform to subdivision regulations and. it does require a certain amount of right-of-way nnd pavement. Mr. Panik stated that.they would Tequest a variance to the subdivision regulation requirements. ;, j,.,' .
