Joseph McFate moved that the Committee add an additional condition to the approval of the site plan for Clearwater Square that the parking garage be moved 10 feet to the North, leaving a IS-foot setback, and that it be moved 15 feet to the West, leaving a two-foot setback from the Northwest corner of the building. ~ ::! '., Keith Crawford seconded the motion. -;.. Ed Bethel - Commented the standard building code requires a 1S-foot setback for a parking lot.
