Haeseker, Chairman at 10:11 a~, m., in the Operations Center Conference Room, City Hall Annex. Minutes of the regular Resource Development Committee meetings of. February 23, 1984 and January 12, 1984 were reviewed and approved as corrected. Minutes of Special Meeting of March 5 approved as submitted. Rhodes & Wice Funeral Home - West side of Belcher Road opposite .Arlington Place. Revised Preliminary Subdivision Plat .Revised Final Site Plan '.Representatives: Mr. J. H . Wi c e Mr. Jay Rhodes It. was agreed that comments on the preliminary plat and final site plan would be heard at the same time with two separate motions at end of dis- cus 5ion:' .Nick Lewis - questioned why fire hydrants not shown on plan and was advised these'were shown on plan already submitted for building permit. :~o~n Roo~s - ~ritten comments attached. Revised Preliminary Subdivision Plat MOTION.: Paula Harvey recommended approval of the Preliminary Subdivision .Plat subject to the following conditions: All required drainage and utility easements and any easements re- quired hy the City be shown on the preliminary plat, such easements to include the 10 ft. drainage and utility easement along the west property line. Motion seconded and carried unanimously. Revised Fi~al Site Plan .::.:: ' MOT!ON: Cecil Henderson moved to recommend approval of the Final Site Plan based upon a finding of this Committee that'the plan conforms with ,the design guidelines for site plan review SUbject to the following: .
