Pankay-Shah stated this is an error, there are no one-way streets. Keith Crawford clarified that the stated 680 trip ends per day is actually only on Sunday, not each day as stated. Developers stated they had a letter from the Principal of Leila Davis School providi,ng for shared parking. Parking requirements can be met with a letter from the School Board for a shared parking agreement with Leila Davis School to cover a period of 20-25 years. ' Bob Brumback: See written comments (Attachment #4). Chris Papandreas: On sheet 1 of 3 which is labled "Site Improvement Plan", need to show construction phases. For purposes of addressing the Phase I expansion. parking spaces need to be shown. Any grassed parking must be' approved by the City Engineering Department. Easement to be granted by School Board for shared parking at Leila Davis School. On site plan, show number of seats in auditorium and building height in feet. Changes to be made on the plan prior to certification: City requirements for inclusion of legal description on site plan be met; bUilding height in feet for both the supervisor's residence and the maintenance area/maintenance building be identified; parking calculations be identified as per the City Zoning Code; landscape buffer be provided between the maintenance building and the road. Conditions to be noted on the plan as certified: Detention, erosion. siltation. clearing and grubbing requirements must be complied with in accordance with public Works Department; applicants investigate looping of water line to provide adequate service; the requisite initial building permit be issued within six (6) months from the date of approval of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of . Further stated that town homes get the best of the multi-fAmily zoning and the best of the single-family zoning and combine to the developer's advantage - it should be one or the other~ a multi-family or single-family application. Bob Brumback: Proposed 2" main on plan can be el1minated. Suggested the construction of storage shields for refuse containers. Asked developer to work with theUt111ties Department early in development so service lines can be put in before the street is paved. Suggested natural gas as an available alternate source of energy.
