PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT
No specific recommendations or comments were made by the members
of the Resource Development Committee.
MOTION
Motion was made by Cecil Henderson, seconded by Roy Ayres, to
recommend approval of the preliminary subdivision plat for NTW
S~bdivision as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
'IT~M #2 - Mancini Apartment Building (Mancini) - Located on S
side of Leo Lane South, adjacent to Keene Road ROW
FINAL SITE' PLAN
Joseph Molnar - No comments.
Roy Ayres - The handicapped space should be clearly marked on
the-plan.
John Richter - Building height should be marked in feet on the
plan. Suggested pulling the building away from the side lot line
~1n order to obtain more open space, thus making the building more
ac~essibl~ to parking.

3. The requisite initial building permits be issued within
six (6) months from the date of approval of the final
site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy be
issued within two (2) years from the date of issuance of
the initial building permit.

Roy Ayres - Sidewalks need to be shown on Landmark Drive.
Recommend one handicapped space be added near Building #1 or #2
in addition to one or two regular spaces. Insuffici~nt distances
between the buildings and carports. Needs to meet requirements
of City Code. Plans cannot go forward until carport locations
have been revised.
John Richter - Identify on the plan the fence height around the
tennis courE. Under Site Data, show ,the building height in feet
and identify the maximum number of units in a row.
, Don Meerians - Inquired regarding number and designation of
,covered parking spaces. Revise the location of the dumpster pad
near the northeast corner of Building D in order to allow
sufficient turn-around space. Indicate or design a minimum aisle
width which is 24 feet of pavement~ not including curb and
gutter. Entrance curves should be redesigned to meet good
engineering standards as determined by the Traffic Engineering
Department.

for Countryside Village Square sUbject to the indication of the
eXisting easement which is not shown along the north side of Lot
1 and a portion of Lot 2 and that portion of Lot 5 between Lots
land 2, and that a lO-ft. drainage and utility easement be placed
along the south side of Lot 5. Motion carried unanimously.

office in Countryside. Consensus of the Committee was as
follows: encourage location within the corporete limits of the
City; ~eslgn parking and drop boxes so that they meet good
traffic standards; locate post office in such a way as to not be
,situated 1n a heavily traveled intersection but in a less
congested area where provision can be made for' for left-turn
lanes.
