W of US 19 PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT No specific recommendations or comments were made by the members of the Resource Development Committee. MOTION Motion was made by Cecil Henderson, seconded by Roy Ayres, to recommend approval of the preliminary subdivision plat for NTW S~bdivision as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. 'IT~M #2 - Mancini Apartment Building (Mancini) - Located on S side of Leo Lane South, adjacent to Keene Road ROW FINAL SITE' PLAN Joseph Molnar - No comments. Roy Ayres - The handicapped space should be clearly marked on the-plan. John Richter - Building height should be marked in feet on the plan. Suggested pulling the building away from the side lot line ~1n order to obtain more open space, thus making the building more ac~essibl~ to parking. Revise the location of the dumpster pad near the northeast corner of Building D in order to allow sufficient turn-around space. Consensus of the Committee was as follows: encourage location within the corporete limits of the City; ~eslgn parking and drop boxes so that they meet good traffic standards; locate post office in such a way as to not be ,situated 1n a heavily traveled intersection but in a less congested area where provision can be made for' for left-turn lanes.
