Restrictions regarding the building height will be evaluated by the City
Attorney and the City Hanager with input from Tim ~lohnson and B subsequent
determination made as co whether that separate item has to go back to the
City Commission. As a result of the meeting with the Manager this week,
an additional modificntions to the plan (which included last weck's changes
by ROC members) was to include additional parking to consist of turf block
to avoid seeking a variance. The dcveloper would have the alternative of
requesting a variance in the future and thus to delete the proposed turf
block parking area.
Water quality concerns have been addressed relative to CIS addendum.
ADDENDUM TO CIS
The Committee had no further comments.
PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN (Revised)
Mike Campbell - they have done a fine job of designing around trees.
Because of heavily-wooded sections, he suggested several changes (attached).
By moving entrance on Eastland Boulevard (#3), the creek would be allowed
to remain. Also suggcsted that Buildings A and B be split.
Frank Mudano - if Buildings A and B were split it would cost $65,000 per
building for elevators and stairwell. Additionally, there 'would be set-
back requirement changes. Willing to shift buildings slightly to accom-
modate certain trees. If they move buildings then there would be other
_ trees to avoid. At present, only 25 percent of property will be covered.
Mike Campbell - discussed effects of moving buildings. Believes changes would
be minimal.
Hank St. Jean - no comments.
Paul Rettig - pointed out where water layout is not connected in southern-
most piece. Should indicate stub being tied into. Requires easements over
water mains to fire hydrants.
Keith Crawford
items of concern have been corrected.
Ream Wilson - no comments.
Joe Molnar - checked, and found bridge would be 30 feet wide. Driveways ,of
24 feet in width would be too narrow for access of fire trucks.
Cecil Henderson - pr~vious comments stand.
Karen Wilson by Mr. Mudano.

Cecil-Henderson - City will be installing force mains and water mains through~
,this property. Requests early documentation for right of way as City would.
like to put in mains before the privacy wall is installed. Also, would like
an agreement from them saying wall would be removed on request.
,
Mr. Mudano - they will work with Engineering when they arrive at the final
drainage design. Karen Wilson has informed him that she prefers detention
-ponds rather than retention pond~ be installed.
