Dave H~ - discussed limitation of the floor area as related to State requirerents
arid the C1ty Cannission Ireeting of February 7. 1980. The developrent of the remaining
tracts (7S, '83 and 81) were discussed, and the inplications of the DR! and U. S. Hare
covenant with the state were pointed out. Alternative solutions were discussed.'

to new copies being sul:rni.tted to the City Planning Director. Motion was seoonded by
Dave Healey and passed by unaninous vote.
