Dorot hy McClellan shared Mr. Hendersonl s concern and sal d that the
di screpancy would be taken care of in the platting. Mr. Henderson
informed the developer that sewer would go to the East Plant where a
limited moratorium is in effect and that the Building Permit Review
Committe e waul d ,make the final deci si on a s to whe1he r bui Idi ng pe rmits
are issued. Permits are not being issued for anything over ',.four units.
Mrs. McClellan sai d the buildings have a maxi mum of 5 or 6 uni ts.
The Chai rman st at ed that somet hinge regardi ng' sewer may be arranged
at the BFRC Meet ing. The Committee discussed buildi ng permits.
John Sullivan stated that the units are not condominiums, but are single
'family units~ All utilities will be separate. On each building there would
be six building permits (one per unit) rather than one for the entire building.
Mr. Henderson suggest ed the developer redesign to four units per bui ldi ng.

units are built. The developera are aware. Also, they may put the

Mrs. McClellan ment ioned that Sunset Poi nt Road is gol nt to be re-
desl gned and that perhaps it woul d be more pract ieal to const ruct

that if the sidewalk were const ructed in the proper place'that there

an:..area to be served by the City and developer should obtain a letter
of no obj ect ion from the City of Dunedi nand Pinellas Count y whi ch
W oul d allow the City to provide wat e r. He asked if drai nag e ponds had
to be so large that the st reet caul d not be looped insi de thei r own propert y.
The developer explained that they did need the large ponds to Mr. Rettigl s
satisfaction. Lastly, Mr. Rettig said an ;easement for garbage pi ckup
waul d be necea sary and wast ewat eT treat ment waul d be at the Mar shall
Street Plant.

Mike Kenton requested that the developer address wetland soils and
erosl on. They shaul d specify how they will prevent soi I erosi on.
