Dorot hy McClellan shared Mr. Hendersonl s concern and sal d that the di screpancy would be taken care of in the platting. Mr. Henderson informed the developer that sewer would go to the East Plant where a limited moratorium is in effect and that the Building Permit Review Committe e waul d ,make the final deci si on a s to whe1he r bui Idi ng pe rmits are issued. Permits are not being issued for anything over ',.four units. Mrs. McClellan sai d the buildings have a maxi mum of 5 or 6 uni ts. The Chai rman st at ed that somet hinge regardi ng' sewer may be arranged at the BFRC Meet ing. The Committee discussed buildi ng permits. John Sullivan stated that the units are not condominiums, but are single 'family units~ All utilities will be separate. On each building there would be six building permits (one per unit) rather than one for the entire building.
