Public hearing was held at 1:30 PM prior to the regular meeting re application for
annexation and zoning followed by a public hearing for the purpose of considering
au item to be included in an Ordinance amending the City Zoning Laws. Appendix A,
Ci ty of Cleaxwater.

On motion by Mr. Kruse, seconded by Mr. Scbutzendorf, minutes of February 19, 1974
were approved as written.

Motion was made by Mr. Reade, seconded by Mr. Kruse, that the above request be ap-
proved as discussed in Section 28.02, sub-paragraph 1, sub-paragraph 2, sub-paragraph 3.
sub-paragraph 4. with the stipulation that the applicant dedicate 30 ft. east ~ right
of way for Tulane Avenue, Bouth of Center Street and 20 ft. added % right of way for
Weber Avenue north of Center Street; that the City vacate Tulane Avenue north of
center Street and that Bouth portion of right of way on Airport Drive in excess of
the 60 ft. existing and in alignment; also that there be no acceos or egress from the
applicant's property to McKinley or Harding Streets. Motion carried unanimously.
Zoning requeBt~d compares favorably to the medium density shown on the Comprehensive
PlaD.
Report of City Commission action of March 18. 1974 follows.
1. Resolution No. 74-32 was passed re request for vacation of easement ~~ part
of Lot 220, Unit 1, Woodgste of Countryside.
2. Annexation & Zoning:
a. Lot 4, Block 5, Highland Fines Sub. (Marland)
Approved RS-50. Single Family
b. B of Belcher Rd. between SR 590 A and Sharkey Rd. (Trinity Baptist Church)
COntinued to April 15, 1974 so that applicant can prepare an impact state-
ment relative to the services it would demand of the City.

Approved request for administrative approval procedure under CPD zoning
Countryside Country Club site.

Task Force make a presentation to the Board on what they are doing. Further,
would the Board be interested in expanding ,the scope to include Largo, Dunedin
