Motion was made ,by Mr. Cummings, seconded by Hr. Rnade, to recommend zoning of RS-60,
Single ,Family, for the above total subdivision except Lots land 2, Block 1 to be
CG, General Business (NE corner of Sunset Point Rd. and Douglas Ave..); Fire District
designation to be il2 for the Single l.'amily and ill for the General Business. Motion
, ,', ' carried unanilIlously. Zoning recommended is in accordance ,with the Comprehensive Plan
