Public hoaring was held at 1:30 PM prior to the regular meeting re application for
annexation and ~oning follo~ed by a public hearing for the purpose of considering
items to bo included in an Ordinance amending the City Zoning Laws , Appendix A,
Clearwater City Code.

Minuteo of February 20, 1973 were approved as written on motion by Mr. Mylander,
seconded by Hr. Butler.

request for RM 16 and, in lieu thereof, recommend RM 12, Duplex-Apartment District,
provided there is a dedication of the N 40 ft. from E to W for future extension of
. Virginia Street and providing for 15 ft. drainage and utility easement on the W side
of,'the property and 10 ft. drainage Bnd utility easement on the E side of the property.
