Absent: Mr. Cummings
Public hearing was held at 1:30 PM prior to the regular meeting re application for
annexation and zoning followed by a public hearing for the purpose of considering
items to be included in an Ordinance amending the City Zoning Laws, Appendix A,
Clearwater City Code.
Tapes of hearings are on file in Planning Dept.
Minutes of January 3, 1973 were approved as written on motion by Mr. Schutzendorf,
seconded by Mr. Reade.

the changes in the Zoning Code, Items #1 through #16, with the exception of a deletion
of (5) (c). Motion carried. (5) (c) is considered inadequate to support its intent
of limitation on "row houae unit effect."
Final RPD plan for Dynamic Investments was discussed. Motion was made by Mr. Mylander,
seconded by Mr. Butler, to recolIlDlend approval of the 'plat subject to the plat being
revised and amended to indicate amendment of usable open space. Motion carried
unanimously. Proper rights of way have been provided for Sharkey Road and Old Coachman
Road. Easements and drainage structures have been arranged through the Engineering
Dept. (Plan meets the requirements of the RPD Ordinance.)

by Mr. Butler, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend approval. Motioncarried unanimously.
