Public hearing was held at 1:30 PM prior to the regular meeting for the purpose
of considering an item to be included in an Ordinance. amending the City Zoning
laws followed by public hearing re application and zoning.

Minutes of July 11, 1972 were approved as written on motion by Mr. Schutzendorf,
seconded by Mr. Reade.

prohibits apartments. Property has access to several collector streets.

of above request. Motion carried unanimously. Zoning is not in accordance with
the Comprehensive Plan but is in accordance with recent Commission action to the
east, recognizing original restrictions, County zoning and previous business usage
permitted. Present intended use is for personal services (by owner). Twenty-five-foot
street sebacks are suggested (per County C-2). '.

extension of a Business zone into an area which is under plan for aparbnent (density
25 per acre) and office usage. Acceptance should be based upon the type and control
of business committed (no commioment expressed at this time). The west side of
Gunn Avenue has established low density apartment usage. (Buffer to this may be
necessary.)
