Motion carried unanimously. Request is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan, yet not purely Single Family in character. ,Single Family use exists throughout the Brea and lower density zoning would permit reasonable use of land and add minimum load on City sewers and collector streets. ,The community services and parks available in this area should encourage a market for Single Family homes.
