be continued to the Planning & Zoning public hearing of April 4, 1972. Motion
carried unanimously. Continuance is in accordance with applicant's request and
objectors' knowledge of continuance.

Mr. Wolle reviewed plat for Clearwater Point Townhouses. Discussion ensued.
Motion was made by Mr. Reade, seconded by Mr. Mylander, to recommend approval of
plat for the Clearwater Foint Townhouses and that the plot plan for the Townhouses
on Clearwater Point applied for be approved. Motion carried unanimously. Board
requested information concerning the issuance of the building permit for the Town~
hous cs.
