Bergmann, Planning Dircctor, and Jack Wolle, Chief P1nnner Absent: Mr. Spier llubU.c bearing was held at 1:30 PM prior to the regular meeting ro application for annexation and zoning followed by public hearing for the purpose of considering an item to be included in an Ordinance amending the City Zoning Laws. RESOLVED, that the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Clearwater hereby expresses its deepest sympathy to Mrs. Amos Lewis and the surviving members of the family of Amos Lewis who departed this life on March 6, 1972 and who, at the time of his death, was a most respected and devoted member of the Board. Mr. Lewis had given unselfishly his time and mental and physical energy to the advancement of the Board's ~unction8 and purposes over a period of one (1) year in a continuous service. Our Board has suffercd a great loss and we shall greatly miss Mr. Lewis' advice and counsel as onc of our members. T~p~8 of hearings are on file in Planning Dept. Prior to taking up the regular agenda, Vice Cloirman My1ander read into the record the following resolution: BE IT"THEREFORE RESOLVED, that this Resolution be made a permanent record of the Planning and Zoning Board and that a copy be scnt to Mrs. Lewis. Motion carried unanimously. Shopping Center and business usage is dependent upon major highway location. Shopping Center zone permits plan review. Business zone provides separate ownership, identification and establishment of drive-in services close and con~ venicnt to highway traffic. .
