Motion was made by Mr. Butler, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recon~end approval of (5) above, as originally planned by the City. ~Iotion carried. Mr. Morris abstained. Zoning re~ . quested will permit full development of planned regional shopping center. Cooperation with State Dept. uf Transportation will provide service roads and proper ~ccesses. (Zoning Ordinance requires 40 ft. building setback on us 19.) Tract is strategically located for convenient access to area residential developments. Comprehensive Plan recognizes continued residential-conwercial complex at this locatio~. Motion was made by Mr. Mylander, seconded by Mr. Butler, to reconunend denial 'olithout . prejudice of site development master plan (PUD-R) --,Tibmn. (Applicant and/or representa- tive did not appear.) ~wtion carried unanimously. Considerable discussion ensued. Motion was made by Mr. Mylandcr. seconded by Mr. Reade, to withdraw and rescind and make null and void action of denial without prejudice and, in lieu thereof, have a special meeting to continue this item. Motion carried unanimously. Board agreed, along with the applicant and representative (provided ~Irs.
