above. Acting Secretary of the Board explained staff's recommendation for denial
inasmuch as the zoning requested docs not fit in with' the 'Comprehensive Plan. Con-
siderable discussion ensued. Upon vote being taken, motion carried. Mr. Spier
'abstained. Expansion will permit full shopping center to be established and the
expansion of PKB zoning will provide adequate parking for expanded business facility.
If developed for business usage, rather than apartments, it would reduce density of
total site, p~eviously zoned R-3C. Multi-family.
