ownership. Motion carried unanimously. Total proposal is not in conformance with the

carried unanimously. The Comprehensive Plan indicated medium density residential range
with no business usage'and U. S. 19 strip is overzon~d business. Multi-family use
zones are to be limited in location and in dcnsity in order to control growth and extent
of traffic problems. ~le request is beyond reasonable zone pattern presently established
at the SE corner of this major intersection.

Property is presently uRad for parkiug nnd change would permit better usage of block
in expansion of existing uses. Zoninn change would provide for a step toward parking
usage to be established on Block K through Special Exception process. Traffic and
access would no~ be mnterially changed, but probably improved.

recent intent and actions of the City Commission regarding PRS zoning on the south side.
