Public hearing was held at 1:30 PM prior to the regular meeting re application for
annexation and zoning followed by public hearing for the purpose of considering items
to be included in an Ordinance amending the City Zoning Lnws and Maps.

and land valuation. Rezoning to Multi-family reinforces PUD-R zoning and usage to north.
Site has good access and preliminary apartment'plan indicates intcrior orientation which
should provide peripheral compatibility to surrounding area.

(B) above. Motion carried unanimously. Present surrounding aren which 1,s developed
haa Single Family homas and other surrounding area is intended for continued Single
Family usage. This area is not recognized for multiple use in the Comprehcnsive Plan;
retention of lower density is imperative to the retention of recent area Single Family
