Mr. Englebardt - Ua.llmark Corp. - appeared before the Board to prescnt pInt (Ambleside Golf
Apts.) and to requcst pun and plat approval. Motion was made by Hr. Hylander, seconded by
Mr. Harrics, to recommend approval of Lots 13 and 14 as PUD Bnd part of nallmark Subdivision
plat. Motion carried unanimously. (Lots 1 through '12 are portion of Amblesidc Golf Apts.,
a PUD-R project previously approved by the City Commission on October 19, 1970. Lots 1
through 14 make up the total of Hallmark Subdivision plat.) Such joint approval \..ri11 permit
the developer to complete improvements for Amble Lane north to Long Street nnd a part of
Long Street west to Saturn Avenue. Approval is predicated on the platting in accordance
with R-2 zoning requirements.
