Minutes of March 9, 1971 were approved as corrected on motion by Mr. llarries, seconded by
'Mr. Reade. An addendum was added to the Minutes stating that Nr, \>lilson has dedicated
the right of way for Druid Rd, and Grt~enwood Ave.

Motion was made by Mr. Reade, seconded by Mr. Harries, to recommend approval of (1) above,
with the provision that an 8 ft. additional right of way would be dedicated to fulfill
50 ft. E \ R/w for Belcher Rd. Motion carried, Mr, Morris abstained. In the letter
to Mr. Cassady, Staff and Board wished to go on rccoul as opposing access and egress fro'm
Oakmount Rd. or, use of the properties on Oakmount Rd. for parking. Requested zoning is in
accordance with 'existing and future usage. Discussion of future plans of the Lodge in-
dicated ownership of Lots 3 and 4, Oakmount Sub" and Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Temple Terrace
Sub. Such lots would provide parking. Although this was not of issue at the time, it was
questioned whether Lot 4, Oakmount Sub" should ever be available for use by the Lodge.
It was agreed that if Lot 3 ware to be used for parking, then such parking should not have
access to Oakmount Rd.
Motion was made by Mr. Reade, seconded by Mr. }~lander, to recommend approval of (2) above.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Mr. Mylnnder, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend npprovnl of (3) above.
