zoned R-2, Duplex, and the remainder to be R-3B, Multi-family. Motion ca~ried unanimously.
Comprehensive Plan designates this area as "medium density."

Hr. Bergmann was excused at this time to attend a meeting (3:35 PM).
Motion was mnde by Mr. Butler, seconded by Mr. Readc~ to recommend approval of (4) above.
Motion carried. Mr. Galloway abstained. Property is in expanded business area of Corn-
prohensive Plan and witl\in contiguous tract for proposed new shopping center.
Motion was made by Mr. Mylander, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend denial without
prejudice of (5) above~ due to the fact that applicant must sign an agreement for the
utilities required. ~lotioncarried unanimously. Annexation is considered inadvisable
at the present time due to cost.
Motion was made by Mr. Butler~ seconded by Mr. Mylander, to recommend approval of (6) above
~ith provision that applicant agree to dedicating 30 ft. 1/2 right of way for Elizabeth Ave.
,Motion carried unanimously. Zoning requested is in accordance to lot and building usage
within the area. i
