Approval of Spencer Heights Plat was deferred to October 5, 1970. (No performance bond
received as yet.)

Proposed purchase of property for Fire Station 51 te in Eas t Clcarwa ter was approved.
Planning Director reviewed secondary use control re junk and salvage. General discussion
ensuod re amending Sec. 26 -6A and 26 -6D Use Regulations, 13, Jill and H Dis tric ts. Ho tion
was made by Hr. Nylander, seconded Ly Mr. Butler, to rcconunend approval of ordinance
amendment \l1ith the provision that l'care and maintenance" be included in same. Motion
carried unanimously.

:,:' .!:)Mr. Bergmann explained commercial vehicular controls (excluding boats and trailers).
Mr. \~olle had checked with the Tag Dept. at the County Courthouse concerning '~eight and
fee. Discussion ensued regarding tonnage allowable. (Dunedin allows one-ton capacity.)

Planning Director announced several meetings had been held with the Fee Schedule Com-
mittee. The Committee feels it can support a $100.00 fee on zoning and annexation
(except for single family and duplex, already built on); also, a $50.00 fee for BAA.
Committee will analyze and reconuncnd with County on their $75.00 fee.

Mr. Bergmann coaunented that the Summary Report '~as received, but holding making public
until given to the City Co~nission. General discussion ensued. .

A final item was brought up by Mr. Bergmann who explained two' charts on side yard
setbacks on waterfront properties -- purpose -- more vie'... of waterfront. General
discussion followed. Hotion was made by Mr. Rende, seconded by Hr. Spi.er, to recommend
proposed Plan IlAll (excluding single family and duplex). Notion carried. Nr. Harris
