R-IC ?oning would correspond with that of DelOra neighborhood. Motion was made by Mr. Butler, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend denial of (2) above Rnd that the Board recommend R-le, Single r'amily. Notion carried unanimously. This recom- mendation would be in accordance with surround,ing neighborhood. Motion was made by Mr. Reade, seconded by Mr. Morri5~ to recommend denial of (3) (A) and (B) above and that the Board recommend R-ID, Single Family. Motion carried unanimously. This recommended zoning would provide continued residential use and highest Single Family density. Motion was made by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Mylander, to recommend denial of (4) above' and that the Board recommend R-3A, Multi-family. Motion carried unanimously. R-3A zoning would provide low density and concrol of structure size. Motion was made by Mr. Mylandcr, seconded by Mr. Schutzendorf, to approve (5) above, to be zoned P, Public. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend denial of (6) above and that the Board recommend R-IC, Single Fam~ly. Motion carried unanimously. Zoning recom- mendation would create upgrading of property in accordance with neighborhood. Motion was made by Mr. Schutzendorf, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend approval of (7) "..-'.bove. Motion. carried unanimously. Recommenda- tion would maintain low density for control of size of structure. Motion, was made by Mylander, seconded by Mr. Reade, to recommend approval of (9) above.
