General discussion was held regarding property on SE corner of Devon Dr. &
Harnden Dr., Clenrwater Deach, presently zoned R-l. Nr. H. U. Lintzeniclc, Re. 4,
Jung Station Rd., St. Charles, No., wishes to erect a lIi'otcl on site. Action was
deferred.
Ci ty Commission action re Site Development Hasten: Plan, East: aide of Dayahore
Blvd., South of Safety Harbor Limits was continued until next full Commission
representation.
City Commission receipt re Acreage Tract, Bayshorc Blvd., North of Drew St.
(Mebrell Corp.) was continued until next full Commission representation.
Ordinance No~ 1270 (Annexation & Zoning) was pas~cd on first and second reading.
Mr. Bergmann met with Frank H. Brutt (Barr, Dunlop & Associates, Inc.) on
June 15 and discuss~d Codes nnd Subdivision Regulations. Mr. Wolle and Mr. Battle
also attended.
Planning Director also reported on meeting held June 19 with representatives
Jack Russell and Paul NcHullen of the oil industry re Service Stations. Another
meeting is planned prior to July Special Hearing.
Mr. Bergmann announced that Phillip G. Griffith was hired as emergency PlaLtning
Technician June 16 to replace Theodore G. Sandusky who resigned June 5.

Mr. Bergmann discussed. meeting regarding properties around Christian College
, PUD-R and Borne commercial frontage on S. R. #60. Those attending the meeting
were ]!'j B. Downs, State Dept. of Transportation; A. Bacon~ Attorney; und Charles
Mayo, Realtor. Another meeting is scheduled for July. '
