(A) N 3/4 of SW 1/4 of SW l/~ less N 660' ft. of W 330 ft. and less R/W of Nursery Rd. and Belcher Rd., Section 19-29-16 Request: R-3 (LO), Multi-family (B) N 660 ft. of W 330 ft. of N 3/4 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 less R/W of Nursery Rd., Section 19-29-16 (Levine) Request: 'B, Business () Tape of hearing is on file in Planning Dept. Motion was made by Mr. Reade, seconded by Mr. Spier, to recommend denial of "(I) above and. that the Board recomnend to the City Commission that the property be zoned.R-3, !1ulti-family. Motion carried unanimously. High density development is not considered consistent with the surrounding area. N~wer,and ~ore appropriate controls are available 'in recommended zone class~fication. , " .,- ",' ~ I, . :;1::, Af~er considerable discussion, motion was made by Mr. Butler, seconded by Mr. Harries, that the Board reco~~end approval of (2) (A) above as re- :quested (subject to the agreement of the applicant to 150 ft. buffer to the south and east of one-story units which meet the R-3B proposed requirements: that is, maximum of 4 units with the same frontage and a maximum of 6 units in an L or U shape 'with the same frontage; also, 25 ft. setback from the public street; 15 ft. setback from the property lines; 25% maximum coverage of area and other R-3B proposals as presently beinn considered by the city.> Motion carried, \o1ith Hr. Morris voting "no". (Mr. Galloway reeistered his .~ disapproval via letter of transmittal addressed to Chairman Kruse.)
